What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal from your visa or mastercard, direct bank deposit and money orders. We also accept cheques, however these will need to clear before we are able to send your order. This usually takes 3-5 working days.
How secure is it to use my credit card?
At Sensual Moments we understand that privacy and security are major concerns when purchasing on the internet. All credit card information you enter while shopping on our website is encrypted via an industry-standard SSL secure server (Secure Sockets Layer Server)
How soon will I receive my order?
Items 'In Stock' are usually posted the day after payment clearing.
For items which need to be ordered in from our suppliers please allow 14-28 days.
Once your item has been posted you can expect to receive it within 3-7 days, however sometimes there can be delays due to Aus Post, which is out of our control.
What is your exchange and refund policy?
We will gladly offer an exchange if you are not happy with your purchase as long as the garment is returned within 10 days with tags intact, is smoke and odour free and still in new condition with original packaging. Items which appear to have been worn and washed will not be accepted.
Please email us before sending the item back.
Exchanges may incur a $8 postage fee.
We will do our best to exchange for the same style and colour, if this is not possible we will offer an exchange of another item of your choice to the same value.
Stockings and bodystockings cannot be exchanged.
Please remember to wear underwear or a liner when trying on lingerie bottoms.
